@DoubleRings Understand that . Probably why my first time was bad . I was afraid to eat , for thought i would get sick . Platelets and plasma is a bit easier . Once needle part is done . Only worry then is having to go to the restroom . It takes longer to do than whole blood . 🦋

@DoubleRings I tried as well and the technician couldn’t find my vein and when she took the needle out I experienced horrible pain, my whole arm was badly bruised the next day, never went back

@Somewhereovertherainbow That is sad . Had a few of those early on . Got to a point where i could tell they went clear through vein . Told survey i was tired of getting trainees . My right arm seems to be needle ready . Make sure to hydrate . I quit drinking water bout 2 hours before donation . . 🦋

@GeniUs in uk 85% of people have rhesus pusitive, now that was surprising. I thought it would be more balanced out

@wackidywack I ate more often and drank protein shakes. The one I used is called Serious Mass, used it for a couple of years, had no side effects.
Also that one is more for putting on weight, than for building muscle.

@Dan193 No, no, I use the lowest dose. Someone who has had their thyroid removed needs 100% hormone replacement. My grandma has had her thyroid removed too. That kind of medication is different.
