A+ and I believe I can't donate.

@CrazyMusicLover why is that if u can share?
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@Dan193 I have Hashimoto's and take medication for it. Yup, I looked it up and I can't.
Dan193 · 31-35, M
@CrazyMusicLover I looked online as well, looks serious.
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@Dan193 Well, it sucks but there are worse things out there.
Dan193 · 31-35, M
@CrazyMusicLover yeah, does the medication have any side effects?
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@Dan193 I have no idea what might be side effects and what are simply other unaddressed health issues, honestly. One positive side effect is that it sometimes makes me lose weight like crazy. This is undoubtedly caused by the pills as thyroxine increases metabolism. On the other hand it can cause fast heart rate too which isn't good.

@CrazyMusicLover oh I see, I just know somebody that had a thyroid surgery, so I thought it was the same type of medication. With hers is different, makes her gain weight
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@Dan193 Thyroid removal?
Dan193 · 31-35, M
@CrazyMusicLover yeah. What's the medication called that u take? Maybe it's something they could use too.
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@Dan193 No, no, I use the lowest dose. Someone who has had their thyroid removed needs 100% hormone replacement. My grandma has had her thyroid removed too. That kind of medication is different.
Dan193 · 31-35, M
@CrazyMusicLover oh ok, sorry for your grandma, it's difficult depending on hormone pills
