At what age did you start feeling your age?

I was so young when I behaved 25, and now I find I've grown into a tall child.

In the sense you mean it, prob when I had back surgery last yr, in my *mumble* yr. lol

Once I turned 52 I could start feeling a few more aches and pains however I am still doing better than quite a few of my peers.

Mentally - never....BUT...when I was in my mid-50's, you kind of start to know your limitations (physically)...you have those days where you sit on the edge of bed in the morning and take stock...what works, what hurts, etc...and you adjust.

I never felt my age. Three years back I felt too young, and since then I have felt too old. I never felt appropriate or level headed for my age.

My legs started hurting in my mid-20s, but then again, I was hopping from boulder to boulder for work. Long story...

I'm 29 and I'm feeling it. Losing my hair and becoming a father made me feel a bit older than I had been feeling for most my life.

for me ide say in my mid 50's, i can remember at 40 i could still drop and do 50 military push ups with no problem. once the 50's came ide jump into doing something with my mind approaching it as if i was still in my 20's,,, but then after exerting myself my body would give me a wake up and tell me "hey dummy,, you are NOT 20 anymore , think first and pace yourself" lol. its a shame to look at these young people today.even though im 65 , i can still work circles around most of the 30 year olds i see.

I started to hurt when I got up from bed, at about 55. I made myself start going out for a walk each day, and it hasn’t gotten worse.

i played hard early in life... i guess things started catching up to me in my 40s..
i am about to be 55...the last 5 years have damn near killed me..

I got hit by a car crossing a road about fifteen years ago.
I walked away and scared the shit out of the driver of the car.
About three years ago, my body started to feel the damage I sustained by that.
But, luckily for me...I'm built well and can absorb physical punishment that others can't.
