for me ide say in my mid 50's, i can remember at 40 i could still drop and do 50 military push ups with no problem. once the 50's came ide jump into doing something with my mind approaching it as if i was still in my 20's,,, but then after exerting myself my body would give me a wake up and tell me "hey dummy,, you are NOT 20 anymore , think first and pace yourself" lol. its a shame to look at these young people today.even though im 65 , i can still work circles around most of the 30 year olds i see.
