Mentally - never....BUT...when I was in my mid-50's, you kind of start to know your limitations (physically)...you have those days where you sit on the edge of bed in the morning and take stock...what works, what hurts, etc...and you adjust.

@Sunnykel76 When I was younger, it was you know, you pop up and "I'm hungover" or whatever...now, you gotta take stock....it's ok though, like I say, it's a process...life! Be well!
