That’s exactly what happened in Orlando. He goes to sleep and wakes up a week later as a woman. She is a little surprised and quite pleased, and continues with her life.

That is rather stupid as things like that do not happen unless a crazed liberal or LGBT (they all are) somehow drugged me and changed my genitalia but I would still be the same gender as they could not change the internals.
