Do you use "lol"?

Lol is the Swiss army knife of acronyms. You can use it in so many situations. You can use it at the end of a light hearted quip, or a barbed retort, or a funny story. You can even use it to take the sting out of a personal tragedy. You can use it in edgy ways like in the online gaming community of the early 00's, such a lul and lel, or even kik which is the typo version. Lol is the gift that keeps on giving 😌

Lol….. it’s kinda become my signature style when responding to posts I find humorous. Is it outdated? Maybe but so am I half the time and that’s okay with me. 😄

I use it once in a blue moon. Back in the old chat room days I’d use it allll the time. It was like a period to me. Thankfully I got away from that. I’ve primarily used “haha” ever since I started communicating with @ZombiesAteMyArm like 15 years ago. Just seemed like a cool toned down version that flowed off the fingers more.
