East is east - you just keep on going east. If you get the urge to turn around you will be going west 🤣

When a ham radio signal successfully travels around the world, it is often referred to as "DXing" or making a "DX contact." The term "DX" stands for "distance" and is commonly used in amateur radio to describe long-distance communication. If the signal is received from a distant location, it may also be called a "worldwide contact" or "global contact."
Sometimes we can hear the echo of own voice on the radio. sometimes like 3 or 4 minutes later

Great question 👍
mmm.. .that doesn't happen, there isn't a east and west pole like there is for north and south. that would be a kinda interesting map to see, though.

The Diomede Islands, comprising Tomorrow Island (Big Diomede) and Yesterday Island (Little Diomede), are situated just three miles apart in the Bering Strait, positioned between mainland Alaska and Siberia. These islands are separated by the International Date Line, a significant boundary in the Pacific Ocean that demarcates one calendar day from the next.
Notably, Big Diomede, located on the Russian side, is nearly 21 hours ahead of its smaller neighbor, Little Diomede.
Theoretically, this is the only place where you can walk from Russia to the United States (and vice versa), however travel between one Diomede to the other is strictly forbidden.

I wonder how a flat earther would answer that
oldguy73 · 70-79, M
there is no east or west pole, they refer to the direction of the rotation of the earth around the sun if you are going in a straight line east, you will always be going east
Lilnonames · F
you keep going east, it will never meet west because there is no "east pole" on Earth, so you can continuously travel east and essentially just circle the globe, never reaching a point where you're technically going west; east and west are relative directions on a spherical planet, unlike north and south which converge at the poles
WowwGirl · 36-40, F
@Lilnonames wow good answer

@Lilnonames you took my answer. 🤪
