Well adjusted to what??? There's much in this world to which I refuse to adjust.

All I know is that I’m always adjusting. I don’t know if I ever manage to do it well.

I would say I run a strong 9, but with PTSD when triggered it becomes a -9 rather rapidly.

We should not adjust to accept the unacceptable, but sometimes we do.
