My guess it’s boredom. It was less than 2 years ago I didn’t finish work until 10pm. I then went for a quick walk, made myself some food, got ready for bed and watched tv for an hour. Went to bed between 11pm-12 midnight on a weekday. Now that I finish work about 4.30pm I’m often bored by 9.30 and fall asleep on the sofa but it’s too early to go to bed.
