I walked 8 blocks and came home and sat down to rest and drink water. Need to get up and do laundry, vacuum and clean the birds cages after I drink some Teeccino. I had my first round of chemo yesterday. The steroids are making it tolerable for a couple days.

@Markinator I’m in better shape overall now than last year. I would get winded if I stood on my feet for 15 minutes or less doing chores and have to sit or lay down. I walked 8 blocks this morning, a little tired but I was OK. Probably could have done a mile but didn’t want to get too far from home.
