I could eat for a while. I probably have enough food stocked up to eat for 5 or even 6 months if I were careful. I have a gallon container filled with white rice, and I have 6 lbs of dried pinto beans, 4 lbs of red kidney beans, 4 lbs of black beans, 2 lbs of great northern beans, 4 lbs of lentils, and 2 lbs of split yellow peas. I have quite a few canned goods, also...mostly tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, green beans, and fruit.
I have a supply of foods stored (canned, dried, etc.) to get by for a few months. I grow some fruits and veggies in my garden. Pretty skilled with a fishing rod, less so as a hunter, but can shoot.
The squirrels and doves in my yard would feed me for a while. I have access to lakes and the ocean for fish, and I'm a good fisherman. I have grown vegies and can do it again. My lemon and orange trees provide fruit. I think I'll be okay.
I could eat for a month, maybe more. Just would run out of fresh fruits and veggies and milk.
I have lots of meats frozen, vegetables, baking, fruit, ice cream, bread.
I have a stocked pantry and I could make bread, tortilla shells, anything like that when I run out because I usually have lots of eggs and butter on hand.
