I love hamburger helper, esoecially the cheeseburger and lasagna. I dont eat processes food anymore but if I did I would love a hamburger helper date night.
I make homemade cheeseburger hamburger helper. I cook it in one pot so no strainer or pot for the pasta. I do have to shred cheese though. But it's delicious.
@beermeplease Oh. If I make such things I just add some breadcrumbs to the minced meat. And if i want spices in them I have plenty in the kitchen. No need to buy anything extra.
A friend of mine gave me a box or two of that stuff, because I said I used to like it. Boy, has that stuff changed!!! They now use that soggy pasta. They didn't use that kind of pasta in the...pasta...🤭
I love making mine from scratch some of the time as hamburger helper is full of preservatives, however I do use Knorr pasta sides a lot as they do not add preservatives, and IMHO, tastes far better than hh and is cheaper.

@beermeplease I can also make some swamp water, 2/3 sunkist orange and 1/3 hires root beer, it has been a top favorite drink for over 40 years, a labor day weekend church camp counselor introduced it to me back in september 1983, it took years of tweaking to get it specified to those two sodas and ratios to make it perfect.
