I love making mine from scratch some of the time as hamburger helper is full of preservatives, however I do use Knorr pasta sides a lot as they do not add preservatives, and IMHO, tastes far better than hh and is cheaper.
@NativePortlander1970 hmmm i'll check knorr out...i gotta head out soon so i'll have a look. knorr has some good stuff
@beermeplease They're my favorite with pasta dishes, specifically their stroganoff.
@NativePortlander1970 mmmm...yeah. i've seen some of your concoctions...they actually inspire me 😋
@beermeplease Thank You so very much Dear Friend :)
@beermeplease Maybe when I go shopping after my iron infusion tomorrow I should pick up the ingredients for my caramelized veggie wraps, sweet yellow onion, green bell pepper, and sliced black olives, caramelized in extra virgin olive oil, a pat of real butter, a dash of fine sea salt, and a splash of Pompeiian brand red wine vinegar, my favorite. As soon as those are caramelized I add in some pace mild salsa, my favorite brand, let that come to a simmer, melt shredded four cheese Mexican blend on top, take the flour tortillas warming in the oven set to 170F, smear Daisy brand sour cream on the tortilla, scoop some of the caramelized veggie, salsa, and cheese mix on top, wrap, then enjoy. I'll do a step by step later in the week with photos. cc: @Lilnonames
@NativePortlander1970 mmmm you better pick up enough ingredients for 3.... @Lilnonames i bring rum... you just bring yourself and chill.. we might help @NativePortlander1970 wash dishes... heck of course we help 😋
@beermeplease It's close to how I make my super stoner soft tacos, but without the bell peppers.
@beermeplease I can also make some swamp water, 2/3 sunkist orange and 1/3 hires root beer, it has been a top favorite drink for over 40 years, a labor day weekend church camp counselor introduced it to me back in september 1983, it took years of tweaking to get it specified to those two sodas and ratios to make it perfect.
