@violentred Not sure if dangerous, just tasty and easy to buy here in the UK.. Actually what I have is called Umami seasoning. I don't use as much as a take -out place does.

@originnone I spent 60 minutes cooking that mf and it tasted like death. I’ll never use arborio rice again just short grain like I used to.
