@bijouxbroussard fair enough....but I ALWAYS use them....I know because it takes an hour to get an ounce of them out of the shells....

@bijouxbroussard I'm probably not well informed enough to be able to distinguish what is Cajun and what is Creole.

@DrWatson Tbf, there’s a lot of overlap, too.
