What is your signature dish?

'Chinese' Five Spice Chicken , which I have with jasmine rice that I flavour with MSG. Damn it's tasty.

@violentred Not sure if dangerous, just tasty and easy to buy here in the UK.. Actually what I have is called Umami seasoning. I don't use as much as a take -out place does.
