What is your signature dish?

I'm a pretty rotten cook but I can make pretty decent mac and cheese. No, it's not from a box.

I don’t know anymore, I thought I was a good cook until I made the worst possible risotto that made me immediately throw up right after the first bite 🤢

@SW-User i mean gordon Ramsay always yells at chefs about rissotto so I'm guessing it's difficult to make

@violentred and everyone who makes it on chopped gets chopped that round because you can't make it in less than....like 25 hours...

@originnone I spent 60 minutes cooking that mf and it tasted like death. I’ll never use arborio rice again just short grain like I used to.
