Yes Def great for breakfast, for lunch or dinner!! They are light yet have a nice amount of protein. And you can add veggies or ham, so it gives it a fuller taste and heartier for dinner 😃

Actually eggs are an any time food. We in America were propagated into believing, by the egg industry, that eggs are a breakfast food.
So yes, it IS ok to serve omelets for dinner.
