Made wine jellies and dusted them with powdered sugar. Taste like blueberries. Used FreakShow Cabernet.
1 cup wine
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup pectin
2 TBSP unflavored gelatine

Next time I might add a bit of Xanthum gum too.

If I baked those, I would be torn between two feelings: hoping they sold out to raise money for the school, and hoping a lot of them came back home! 😄

Schools here doesn't allow hime bake goods from home but if you buy the main ingredients the food service staff will bake it for you.

Can tell that people aren’t paranoid about Covid when they start allowing bake sales again.
