Busy day baking

My sons school has an Enterprise day tomorrow so I made these to sell. Hopefully they will make some money!

Made wine jellies and dusted them with powdered sugar. Taste like blueberries. Used FreakShow Cabernet.
1 cup wine
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup pectin
2 TBSP unflavored gelatine

Next time I might add a bit of Xanthum gum too.
