I have always love white chocolate chip Macadamia nut cookies, but I can't find them, and don't seem to be interested in cookies lately. I have been dreaming of oatmeal cranberry white chocolate chip cookies...but no one makes them or sells them. I would have to make them myself.

Cookies made with oat flour as the base and mini chocolate chips. But not oatmeal chocolate chip. I’m picky as hell.

My sister, my next door neighbor and a friend's wife are all named Cookie....those are my favorites (even more than chocolate chunk).

Extra chocolately chip. Panera used to make a triple chocolate cookie, that was my favorite 🤤.

There's this kakao infused buttery cookie with sugar flakes ontop, i believe it's called shortbread. I used to get those for free at a local bakery because they found me cute lol. Well, it tastes like nostalgia now. That one.
