No but my parakeets make us feel guilty at dinner time when they watch us eat dinner and start asking several times “What do we get?” “What do we have?”. They do it just about every time we sit down at the table.

@BalthazarBlake The male parakeets are jealous. When the boy comes home from school they usually start up with “What do we get?”….wanting me to give them something before I can offer him a snack or a drink. They might not say it all day long but when they see him they start.

@cherokeepatti They're very observant. It's like my dog, her life revolves around me. They know the routine.

@BalthazarBlake I can be having a conversation in another room and hear Boo-Boo joining in on it saying Yep…yeah…yeah agreeing with whatever I’m saying

Who you calling orange?
BalthazarBlake · 61-69, M
@SW-User I know that look!
WillaKissing · 56-60, M
Good looking dog.
I have both of mine trained not to stare or to beg, and once I am done eating as long as it is not something that is toxic to them (LIke Onions, raisins, grapes) then they can clean up my plate and get snacks of the tidbits.

They are hard to say no to. My Bella usually gets a little of whatever I make. It’s her eyes. She just looks so pitiful.
BalthazarBlake · 61-69, M
@Bearsfan67 yes, it's the eyes every time!
dancingtongue · 80-89, M
They want to inspect it, but turn their noses up at it. The advantage of having cats. Perhaps the only advantage.
smileylovesgaming · 31-35, F
@dancingtongue I usually give my cat a tuna can when I make tuna patties for dinner
dancingtongue · 80-89, M
@smileylovesgaming They probably would like that, but I don't want to encourage it. They have their tuna, I have my tuna. And salmon, chicken, turkey, trout. . . . .

She tries, but it usually contains something kitty cats can't have. We do share my yoghurts tho.
When we had our pets, they used to eat their share of everything before we started.
Queendragonfly · 31-35, F
And he's that big because you "must" share everything you eat.
BalthazarBlake · 61-69, M
@Queendragonfly Yes, I think she ate her last family which is how I ended up with her. 😉
