All room temp, with the exception of S'mores.
Now take in mind that I've only eaten the above mentioned and Frosted Blueberry, across the span of 20 years, only a handful of times.
I did try the Frosted Banana Bread recently, hoping beyond hope 🙏 that they won't have that, fake banana flavor a lot of that stuff has. Alas, It was not meant to be. 🥺😭

I have only had them a couple times but they aren’t as tough when they are warmed up a little.
calicuz · 56-60, M
I prefer them heated up, but I have had cold, and they're not bad.

Although I have toasted a pop tart once or twice, in the VERY distant past, they are so horrible...so truly non-food-like...that I've decided to give them a miss for the rest of my life.

@faery I eat multi grain bread, but I try to skip bread whenever possible because they use white flour to make it...otherwise it would not rise. I DO eat a lot of beans. AND I eat whole wheat Panko bread crumbs, because the gluten free ones are made from rice.
Dinner might consist of a salad and soup, or chicken, stir fried with veggies...or fish with panko bread crumbs and two cooked veggies on the plate. Sometimes I make my own baked beans without sugar, and I add some ham. That makes a perfect lunch.

@4meAndyou It does take a lot to make a gluten-free bread rise. I've gotten good at making biscuits, though, and pancakes. I need to get some of those gluten-free panko bread crumbs for my gluten-free mac n cheese, which is a once-in-a-while treat!
While our diets are different, the commonality is low carb. Low-carb eating is the key!

My dad used to toast them and butter them but we don't eat them anymore because of the unkosher gelatin

...and the remnant 'pop tart' fragments scattered throughout the field provide the dogs with something wholesome to eat, particularly if you feed your dog toast and jam in the morning.

I can eat them out of the foil or toasted.

There nasty not worth the trouble
@Lilnonames I prefer the regular frosted fruit poptarts, not the fancy ones.
