@PoetryNEmotion ohhhh yea. Broil or grill until it's slightly charged, then slit it down the middle and lay a strip of cheese. Leave on the grill until the cheese melts. Hotdogs are an art category.

@Heartlander My last partner liked hot dogs. He makes them that way. I load on the toppings. Never ate hot dogs until him. More a cheeseburger kind of woman.

I personally elevated hotdogs to the serious food category when had my first Chicago style hotdog. Until then it was like just a weiner and a bun with mustard sometimes, or maybe chilli.
