I haven't eaten in several hours, but when I last ate, I had an amazing baked fruit and nut casserole...sort of like Apple Brown Betty, with lots of different dried fruits added, and a base crust of gluten free blueberry muffin mix made into a cake. It tasted a lot like apple pie...but better.

I had some cheese and crackers and sausage and fruit for lunch

I had 2 little bean and rice tacos for breakfast and I'm not hungry again yet.
