Have you been bullied because you dressed nicely?

Not really bullied but people often comment that I dress sexy. I don't think so however, I like for my clothes to fit. I look at it as being neat and in order. 🙂

not so much bullied at my age but times have changedand for instance, I dress up for church. No one does anymore but i still dress up for church. i get looks

Not exactly. As Catholic students we all wore uniforms, but in Jr High a couple of times a semester there was "out of uniform" day where we could wear our own clothes (though there were still guidelines). One time I wore a tailored coat my mother had made for me. It was turquoise and outside of school it was my favorite item.

While it was hanging up during class a girl I didn’t know apparently stole it and was wearing it.
I didn’t realize until one of my friends beat her up and made her take it off.

Eh, somewhat, I would often show up to school in leather skirts and fishnets, so I got weird looks from people and the occasional comments.

I wouldn’t say that was dressing up “nicely,” but given that most people just wore sweats, it stood out a bit.

No. Bullies are thankfully rare in my neighbourhood because they know what'll happen to them.

I preferred to wear dresses and skirts at the weekend in my boarding school when I got older. I got teased a bit because I didn't much like jeans.

Bullied for being “ overdressed “ according to my high school classmates one day 🙄. I wore this one shirt with sequins and they said to each other “ I wouldn’t wear that during the day, she’s so overdressed “ , the only day I didn’t go to school wearing a hoodie and jeans. They used to bully everyone , and one of them now posts pics on Facebook feeding homeless people 🤔. I wonder if she has really changed or just doing it for attention. Regardless , I’m glad homeless people are being fed.

Yep, although not bullied but talked about behind my back by some insecure women.

Not bullied as much as teased. I’m 24 and I’m age regressed, and so I wear outfits more commonly seen on 7-10 year olds (or even younger)

I usually wasnt the target for bullies. LOL maybe an occasional passive aggressive comment, but, nah, bullies usually went for other targets.
