They do. It is not funny. People with sex addictions lose their primary relationships. It effects their careers. Their children end up separated from them. Having the need for sex constantly like addicts need drugs or alcohol is not a fantasy, Nim. It is a listing in the mental health disorders journal too. To say nothing about how it emotionally kills a person. And physically? STDs, etc. The whole family or people associated suffer.

Yes, they really exist, but it's not a happy thing for them. They go from one man to another to another and, unlike prostitutes, they are not paid in money, but in loneliness and destroyed relationships. They are never truly satisfied.
