They do. It is not funny. People with sex addictions lose their primary relationships. It effects their careers. Their children end up separated from them. Having the need for sex constantly like addicts need drugs or alcohol is not a fantasy, Nim. It is a listing in the mental health disorders journal too. To say nothing about how it emotionally kills a person. And physically? STDs, etc. The whole family or people associated suffer.

@2ndtimeguy People think nymphos are happy. They are not. Maybe right in the sex moment. It is a horrible condition.
