My Survival knife..tbh it has many tools.. fire, file, awl, blades, reflector, lots of stuff
the right clothes for that latitude, many islands are cold

On these islands, freshwater is one of the most precious resources. Ground water is the main source of drinking water on many islands, and for quite a few islands, it is the only reliable source of water throughout the year

A large, inflatable air mattress commodious enough to comfortably sleep two people. A large, waterproof, sturdy tent. A portable, water purification system. Lots of insect repellent. A ton of preserved good food, implements to cook it with and lots of boxes of matches!

I would just want to make sure I had an extremely sharp knife cuz then I would just slit my throat and say "piss on it"

Which would help you and other survive because then you could use my flesh for fishing bait and catch lots of fish. So then you would have a righteous suicide!
