I don't need or want a gun. I don't want to be a part of the gun violence problem in America. If I had a real fear for my safety, I'd take up Martial arts and self defense classes first... and keep pepper spray,a baseball bat or crowbar or something handy.

Not sure how I'd feel about other weapons if I was in a wartorn country though. 🤔 I take protecting others seriously, so...

Well I'm not in the US so that doesn't come up.

Never had home or family threatened with violence (not counting the times our only defence was the air raid shelter).

Thankfully I'm not in the US, and have never felt any need to own weapons.
