What does your Saturday look like?

@Musicman the funny thing was, it didn't hurt unless I stood and tried to bare my weight on it. Otherwise, I just could not fully extended it.....for about two hours.
I have a suspicion that my popliteal cyst had inflamed and shifted a little too far posteriorly. After manipulating the posterior side of my knee, I was able to use my leg naturally.

@Baybreeze I plan on ice and compression, as soon as I get home (I'm at the gym trying to work it out....and it's doing much better than I would have anticipated).
Ice and compression should fully help me out after this

@exexec This made me think of my dad who just passed. He loved plants and pruning and he was a landscaper. Sounds like a pretty yard. 🌸

@Baybreeze The gardening gene didn't get passed down to me. I try to keep things looking okay, but I focus most of my attention of the Meyer lemon and orange trees. I don't mind gardening if there is a crop.

Iran is shooting missiles at Israel and Gulf states.

Trump is calling on regime change and telling the Iranians to revolt.

Scary times.

@Baybreeze I'm not exactly sure to be honest. She had uterine cancer so they did a hysterectomy. Now half a year later she still bleeds occasionally from that area so the doctor wanted to go back in and take a look around. She said she saw some scar tissue and took care of that and she took 3 biopsies. I really have no idea what she is looking for. I just don't want to hear the word cancer again.
