swirlie LMAO I'm not paranoid about it, but these events are on the news, so they are much more common than--say--the air in a room all bunching up in a corner.
I wasn't sure what the OP meant, but it's clear that cooperative activities (like driving on roads with other vehicles) or situations (such as living in an apartment building) can subject others--potentially even everyone--to the actions / choices / etc. of the worst drivers or renters.
[To be fair, an apartment renter in NYC told me *that* city had a great fire code which required 1' of pea stone between floors; this deadened sound from other floors and was a great fire break, tending to inhibit a lot of vertical fire transmission. I've not checked whether or not this is still in place, but it sounds like a great provision.]
