Through the 80's I watched very little tv. I got into Quantam Leap and Northern Exposure but those were more 90's shows I think

A ton of talent on that show - who did a better Woody Allen than (the now 70!) Rick Moranis and a better Bob Hope than Dave Thomas??
Sidewinder · 36-40, M
@SW-User I think Rick Moranis did the best Woody Allen impression.

But what I personally liked about the show was the many characters the actors played.

Some of my favorites being Joe Flaherty as Count Floyd and Guy Caballero.

Rick Moranis and Dave Thomas as Bob and Doug McKenzie.

John Candy as Johnny LaRue.

Eugene Levy as Earl Camembert.

Harold Ramis as Maurice Green and Officer Friendly.

And Andrea Martin as Edith Prickley.

She also did a really good Barbra Streisand impression in one episode.

@Sidewinder

Guest stars like Tony Bennett, John Gielgud, Ralph Richardson and Robin Williams made memorable appearances, too.
