There's a pressure point on our hands, in the webbing between the thumb and index finger. Put a thumb on the outside of the area, a finger on the other side, and feel around with some pressure until you feel just a touch of pain. Squeeze there, You want a little pain in that spot. Take deep breaths and relax. For me, it moves headaches out really fast.

Does this happen a lot? Most likely a migraine...but if you're every experiencing the worst headache you've ever had you really should go to an ER.

Measure your blood pressure, it's a pretty common symptom if it goes up
