Any tips for dealing with hot weather headaches?It's not dehydration as I've drunk loads of water. Not sure what else to try but these annoying headaches happen every time it's warm.
I've been experiencing frequent headaches recently. I can feel the sleepless nights taking a toll on my body. Oh well.
