That’s within the normal range for a pregnant woman. They usually start to worry when it’s above 140. Believe me a 132 systolic BP won’t cause you a throbbing headache. Headaches are mostly caused by hormones during the pregnancy. It’s good that you keep it monitored though. I would suggest taking a pregnancy safe pain killer.

@SW-User thank you...
My concern is more that it's creeping up.
Despite taking asprin daily as prescribed. But I understand there are a lot of things going on with my body that aren't straightforward

Your blood pressure isn't concerning and it's not nearly high enough to cause a headache.
Hope you've gotten some relief since you posted this. I used to get bad headaches and know how horrible they can make you feel.

@Rutterman it's more the fact that it is rising.
The fact my head had this band across it.
And with every heart beat the throbbing was just so intense.
Don't get me wrong from Sunday to Wednesday things have improved massively.
But when there are spikes from my usual 112/70 it makes me worry since my diet has been the cleanest and my activity level although decreased I'm still very mobile. Since I walk the dog at a steady pace 3x daily and swim once a week.

132 is okay, 80 is high

@oldguy73 An 80 diastolic BP is completely within the normal range.

@smiler2012 so I believe I am allowed to take paracetamol but I have to admit I haven't been taking it, i personally have been suffering because I'm worried about all the drugs I'm taking.
I'm already taking asprin, pre-pregnancy I found paracetamol makes me feel rather sick.

Those are normal numbers for me.
