Already taken some pain killers but it's stopping me from sleeping 😞 idk what else to do

@Really really? It was my go to if the combination of Tylenol, ibuprofen, and Benadryl wouldn't put me to sleep. I normally take Excedrin but before bed I don't want the caffeine.
