Do you see the corona virus as a crisis, natural disaster on global scale or something like a more effective flu?

If we ignored the threat and went on like normal then millions of our weakest would die otherwise you could just do what you want. Waiting a couple of weeks really put our country on its knees and I am waiting to see where whatshisname plans to do for Easter. I believe but I don’t tempt God like he does.

I see it as a highly contagious disease which has been criminally ignored and criminally mishandled.

Since I can't receive the normal medical care that I would expect because the UK health system is more or less closed because of it, I think this is more than 'ordinary' people being scared. The medics have no reason to be frightened of 'flu and the politicians no desire to close down whole economies by telling people to stay isolated. This is a disaster that will cause many to consider just how fragile are the foundations their lives are built on and perhaps understand that globalisation is more than a mere economic term. We are connected around the planet, like it or not.

For those who are reasonably fit and able bodied it will be an inconvenience.
It's everybody else i worry for.

Global disaster initiated by irresponsible behaviour if it's true that it started in an unhygienic meat market.
