@popmol It was they ignored warnings from a doctor who died from it and tried to pretend there wasnt a problem till it was too late .Of course their at fault .

@Rhodesianman Don't forget patient zero. There is some indication that patient zeroes version of the virus showed manmade manipulation, and that indications are that the virus mutated once it crossed over to the next human.

@Rhodesianman yes but who would you punish? whole of chine? government? the one directly above the doctor in status? and i believe any other president or any government would have done the same.
