Easiest, cheapest soup I know how to make that will help you. Take one chicken ramen packet, mix it with some chicken chunks and a can of cream of chicken soup.

Simple soup recipe: half a liter of boullion, a carton of sieved tomatoes, a small cup of cream, some basil and thyme. Mix it all together and boil.

Don't forget no strenuous exercise for 2 months. Long COVID is a real problem even tho everyone is in denial.

I have never had. I have heard you should let the virus run its course and just keep yourself as strong as you can. While some meds get it out of your system (due to republicans interference in medical technology) the were not able to reach maximum efficiency and thus make it more likely that you get covid again.

I just tested positive myself, literally 20 minutes ago. I was just wondering the same myself.

I’ve still never gotten it. I worry that I would, and it’d be like some people I know who either never got their sense of taste or smell back, or everything now tastes like shit to them.
