I have an addiction to food and I use it to cope with being depressed and also to cope with trauma. Today I have eaten all day in bed with snacks next to my bed. I put on 4 pounds

@Fatalice Italian food is great. Pizza and pasta are my favorites. Meat is great also. I like kebabs, Italian beef, pastrami, corned beef, and tandoori chicken. Cakes are wonderful. I like biscuits and gravy, chocolate cake, and gelato. Don't get me started on crackers and chips.
