I think the president has full immunity, I'd change that. One person should not have total immunity. I'd also remove the Supreme Court and only have federal. I'd make laws that there has to be more representation for multiple groups, not just whites. I think us white people need representation but we already got that, other groups need it too.
Oh and felons can vote

		Oh and felons can vote
An no confidence vote, which I believe some countries with prime ministers have, to basically kick the head out of office if they feel they're doing a poor job.
Also, the Prime Minister system seems pretty good right now, as the Senate seems to pick leaders that actually knows how the government works instead of someone with no knowledge other than a criminal Enterprise and PR can get the to White House.

to never change the original Constitution and amendments. There is a reason we have red on our flag and it wasn’t given by some of those wanting to change what was already sacrificed for.

You are bound to all agreements, none of this I couldn't consent because it wasn't in my best interest stuff. If they want to declare that then they must adopt the title of a person with no agency status and will be barred from major financial decisions

1st amendment: Explicitly state that only living beings can have rights and that living being rights must supercede laws pertaining to concepts. A solid definition of what a living being is should be included. Yet must not stipulate any form of concept.
Just this one amendment would be so controversial, that it might cause a civil war on several fronts.

@DeWayfarer I definitely do not think you're joking. Thinking about the Evangelical Church, they would definitely pull that.

Term and age limits. Two terms, they're done. Reach seventy? Enjoy retirement. Electoral college? Gone! Politicians cannot trade securities. Districts drawn by a nonpartisan commission. No gerrymandering like today. And establish safeguards to curb out of control executives who ignore checks and balances. Require churches file audited financial statements like all other nonprofits do. Ban assault weapons.

@bijouxbroussard What is wrong with it? You'd get a first and second choice for president instead of having your choice roll over to a candidate you hate if your person drops out, so what's the problem?

@LordShadowfire In the Bay Area we always have multiple candidates, and I always know who I want to win; I don’t need a 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th choice. What often seems to happen is that nobody’s first choice wins, and we end up with someone nobody’s happy with.

			LordShadowfire · 46-50, M

@bijouxbroussard I'm just saying, if we'd had it in the presidential election in 2016, my vote for Jill Stein would have rolled over to Hillary instead. But I see your point.

@NativePortlander1970 How would you enforce “no activist judges”? Seems to me it’s simply a matter of whether or not you agree with a judge that determines whether or not he gets labeled an activist.
