An no confidence vote, which I believe some countries with prime ministers have, to basically kick the head out of office if they feel they're doing a poor job.
Also, the Prime Minister system seems pretty good right now, as the Senate seems to pick leaders that actually knows how the government works instead of someone with no knowledge other than a criminal Enterprise and PR can get the to White House.
