If the U.S. had to start from scratch and rewrite the Constitution in 2025, what’s one thing you’d want included?

A complete exclusion of American citizens from choosing the President of the United States, but instead that Presidential choice be made by the Leaders of all other Nations who do economic Trade with the USA.
