Andrew tate has been in prison for months now on human sex trafficking charges

And everytime he’s brought up in the headlines it will acknowledge him as an “influencer” and say “he’s been held on ‘suspicion’ of organized crime”

Sex trafficking is a type of organised crime (presumably you can't smuggle vulnerable women if you're disorganised). I suppose they have to call him an "influencer" because he is (appallingly) influential over some people.

I'd rather the media reduced his oxygen and just acknowledged him as a dim misogynistic swaggering gonad involved in brainwashing men through social media - of which,

He is a complete and absolute plank.

@Lhayezee If you're going to downvote something then it would be nice to know why, whoever that was...
@Lhayezee he has a lot of hardcore fans so it's probably that 😅

He ain't got no cancer, he's just trying to get out of incarceration.
If he does have cancer, then just take his ass out behind the barn and shoot him like an old horse.

Lack of evidence, the women came forward to exonerate him of the charges, but the judge ruled that they were brainwashed.
Tate chose to live in Romania under Romanian laws. I expect his continued detention is legal under those laws.
He moved to Romania in 2017, saying he wanted to live in a country where “corruption is accessible for everybody” and police would be less likely to investigate sexual assault allegations.

"The four suspects ... appear to have created an organised crime group with the purpose of recruiting, housing and exploiting women by forcing them to create pornographic content meant to be seen on specialised websites for a cost," Romanian prosecutors said in a statement on Dec. 29. charge him or let him go.
they aint ruining his reputation by holding him hostage in limbo.

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout In his 'day job', Mr Tate is depressingly conformist in his views and attitude towards women. His 'non-conformity' appears to reside in the unusual extent to which he was prepared to act upon his unpleasant views of society.

@SunshineGirl Lol gimme a break, if you say anything negative about women nowadays you get dogpiled by women and their simps

@DeluxedEdition says
it’s illegal to release medical records a felony to be exact
That's true in the US; I don't know about Romania or Dubai.

@iamonfire696 I think though if someone might have to pay the consequences of their actions, they would say or do about anything to worm their way out of it.
iamonfire696 · 41-45, F
@CestManan yes that is true. The way they figured out where he was just showed how stupid he really is.

@iamonfire696 It has been said that you cannot treat people like crap and still expect to live a good life. There's a few out there who make money by spreading hate and eventually karma catches up.

I'm no fan of the guy but I think it's disturbing that he's been held so long without being charged because if he was charged he'd go to court and have a trial date set. They're holding him almost indefinitely on suspicion of offences while they try to prove them. They could release him and seize his passport if they're worried about him absconding. You'd struggle to hold someone that long in other countries without charge.
@SW-User Tate is being held in Romania; their laws are different.

@SW-User He did choose to live in Romania (presumably - allegedly - to engage in some of the activities which he's now learning are actually criminal offences). So really the fact that Romanian due process isn't what it might be in the UK is him getting part of his richly deserve comeuppance
@Lhayezee exactly, he went because he said they had less strict r*pe laws and now hes getting punished more harshly for it 🤷‍♀️

He hasn't been charged

he always seemed like a piece of shit to me

@iamonfire696 well he is anti-trans, anti-feminist, anti-lgbt, and meanwhile that son of a b*tch is working in sex trafficking? It just goes to show that those who yell the loudest have the most to hide. All these influencers who are making money off of being anti-everything and then you find out they're doing something even worse than what they complain about
iamonfire696 · 41-45, F
@CestManan exactly, he’s a POS. He
Deserves to rot in that Romanian jail.
SW-User
@iamonfire696 yup, he's not a good man
