The mass on his lung was identified in Mar 2022. It seems he wasn't very concerned about his lung until he was imprisoned.

@SW-User This does suggest the medical records are real, and also that the concern for cancer is either fake or greatly magnified. If you were worried about lung cancer would you wait 9 months to get further tests?
