Andrew tate has been in prison for months now on human sex trafficking charges

And everytime he’s brought up in the headlines it will acknowledge him as an “influencer” and say “he’s been held on ‘suspicion’ of organized crime”

I'm no fan of the guy but I think it's disturbing that he's been held so long without being charged because if he was charged he'd go to court and have a trial date set. They're holding him almost indefinitely on suspicion of offences while they try to prove them. They could release him and seize his passport if they're worried about him absconding. You'd struggle to hold someone that long in other countries without charge.

@SW-User why do some articles claim that it’s suspicion while others claim he was charged with human sex trafficking charges?

It seems dishonest or like someone is hiding something

@SW-User Tate is being held in Romania; their laws are different.

@SW-User He did choose to live in Romania (presumably - allegedly - to engage in some of the activities which he's now learning are actually criminal offences). So really the fact that Romanian due process isn't what it might be in the UK is him getting part of his richly deserve comeuppance
