My therapist kept calling me black today because it's apparently the politically correct way to address someone who isn't white?

I know the nhs has been adapting critical race theory in some of its training for therapists recently. It was true at least in the Tavistok which was closed down. But I imagine it's in other places.

They probably got told to do that but I think it's weird and alienating for clients and bad for client therapist rapport 🤨
