I've had a long relationship with alcohol, sometimes getting together every night for weeks on end and sometimes not seeing each other for months. Ultimately, we always seem to get back together....and I enjoy the feeling while it lasts.

Like those old acquaintances.

We don't meet often but when we do we acknowledge each other with a slight nod to those in the know, partake and raise a glass to those remembered no longer with us.

Healthy.The old saying goes that alcohol is a great servant - but a terrible master.In my case it is very much the servant - and one which knows to stay "below stairs".

I used to drink regularly on the weekend, 2-3 beers a night without fail over the weekend. Now I just drink on social occasions- my motivator is reading God's word in the morning with a brewing hot cup of coffee, fresh every morning and with a clear head and good sleep!

Someone I see rarely

A friend I decided I had no genuine connection with...so cut ties indefinitely.

FWB .. we hook up for a quicky now and then .. 🤣

A couple drinks a week on average, typically on different nights including beer or wine w dinner

I don't have relationships with inanimate objects.
